Terms of Service ("Mobile App")

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ResiHub Residents Mobile App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including residents, visitors, and contributors of content.

ResiHub is operated by Resi Technologies Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15365869, with a registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT.

ResiHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to the following responsibilities:

1. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share on the App, including but not limited to forum posts, marketplace listings, comments, images, and messages.
2. Prohibited Content: You must not post, share, or engage in any content or activity that is:
• Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Infringing on intellectual property or other rights.
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional content..
3. Geolocation services: You agree to the use of geolocation services for ad targeting and other App functionalities. You can disable geolocation services in your device settings, but this may limit certain features of the App.
4. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom and your local jurisdiction.

3. Content Ownership and License

1. Your Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create, post, or share on the App.
2. License to ResiHub: By posting content, you grant ResiHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
3. Moderation Rights: ResiHub reserves the right to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities on the App

1. Fraudulent Transactions: Engaging in or facilitating fraudulent transactions in the marketplace.
2. Harassment or Abuse: Harassing, bullying, or abusing other users in forums or through direct messages.
3. Unauthorized Use: Misusing third-party data, APIs, or intellectual property without permission.
4. Impersonation: Impersonating another person, business, or entity.
5. Exploitation: Exploiting vulnerabilities in the App or its systems.
6. Data Scraping: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the App without authorization.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

1. No Liability for User Conduct: ResiHub is not liable for any conduct, actions, or content posted by users on the App. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Fraudulent or misleading marketplace transactions.
• Harassment, abuse, or defamation in forums or messages.
• Illegal or harmful activities conducted by users.
2. Third-Party Interactions: ResiHub is not responsible for any interactions or transactions between users, including but not limited to marketplace transactions, forum discussions, or direct messages. Users interact at their own risk.
3. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. ResiHub does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its content.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

ResiHub reserves the right to:

1. Suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
2. Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

1. Notification of Changes: ResiHub may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Reviewing Terms: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The most current version will always be available within the App.

8. Future-Proofing and Additional Provisions

1. New Features and Services: As ResiHub evolves, new features, services, or functionalities may be added to the App. These Terms will apply to any new features or services unless stated otherwise.
2. Beta Testing: If you participate in beta testing for new features, you acknowledge that such features may be experimental and subject to additional terms.

4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
